About HAHS
The Halton Asian Heritage Society (HAHS) is a vibrant community organization dedicated to celebrating and promoting Asian culture and heritage throughout the Halton region. Through a diverse range of cultural events, workshops, and educational initiatives, HAHS fosters understanding, appreciation, and meaningful dialogue among people of all backgrounds.
From showcasing traditional arts and cuisine to exploring contemporary topics, HAHS provides an inclusive platform for cultural exchange and shared learning. Guided by a strong commitment to diversity and inclusivity, HAHS plays an important role in building bridges between communities and contributing to a more connected and harmonious society.
Since 2023, HAHS has proudly supported the Oakville Lunar New Year Celebration at Town Hall and has organized the Asian Heritage Festival in 2024 and 2025, bringing people together through memorable cultural experiences.
